New clients will be asked to fill out a form upon arrival, so that we can have your information on file. You will then be brought into an exam room where your questions can be answered and any treatments can be performed from there. If you are a new pet owner we will have a folder for you with information that can assist you in the great experience of adding a pet to your life.
